[USER=3028]@Trevor[/USER]. That's the genius of it, you've clearly refined and evolved the jig. But now, it's brilliantly simplified. I like the tension achieved with the cam effect of the wheel, but adjusted with the screw opposite. My favourite piece however was the offset drilled washer used to lock the frame down.

Watching this makes me glad I buy my frames prewired, it's my most hated job with gear making. :)

[USER=72]@Trevor Gillbanks[/USER] That's pretty good really, i think doing it with proper jigs and staples is a lot nicer.... Does it still work out cheaper if you consider paying yourself a decent wage? Considering the time it takes to make the frames too.
