I expect crystallised rata to be one of the whitest honey is there is and can't help thinking that labelling the honey as wildflower with some northern rata would have been a lot more accurate.

The other day I opened a drum of two year old Otira Rata ..... it was the most beautiful creamy white .

in terms of accuracy in their labels...

I think it's fair to say that they're probably all honey, and they cover their bases on the likely composition by adding "and other ... flowers" (bush/pasture/wild) to their labels.

 

on a side-note, they're based out in Cheltenham! the first decade of my life involved moves from denbigh street to Pharazyn street in Feilding, then to Cheltenham, before moving up to Taranaki age six or seven.
