passion vine hoppers

Recommended Posts

Its been the biggest yr I have ever noticed for passion vine hoppers.

They are all through the coastal bush.

Particularly around the flax areas. They breed in the flax .

I have not yet seen any on the tutin or signs of the  black fungus desposits that they cause when they infest plant .

But I am becoming more concerned about their presence now .

If we stopped having a windy summer I would be having a big think .
