Finding very little on this but a couple of avenues...

 

  • Others list this as Tetradium daniellii but it is the same tree, caught up in a botanical debate to confuse everyone.
  • Native of China and Korea, it was introduced into the UK on 1905 and won the First Class Certificate in 1976.
  • Melicope haupuensis -In Australia they are known as doughwoods, or more ambiguously as "corkwoods" or "euodias"

 

Personally I think the first option is best and therefore it gets more results Tetradium daniellii - Bee Bee Tree, Korean Evodia
