220L Drum food lining certificate

Recommended Posts

I managed to find 20 odd new food grade drums being sold by a retired beekeeper on trade me last night. He has sent through the food lining certificate and it is dated for 10th Dec 2015. I have a friend who is a commercial beekeeper who has told me this certificate needs to be renewed every year ?

This will be my first season that I will hopefully produce enough honey worth ectracting for sale. Any advice is appreciated.

The cert should be dated the same as the shipment date of the drums. Most extraction plants should be able to supply the drums (at a cost) that will meet all the specs

And make sure that they have been stored well and no water has been sitting on them
