Feel free to use this contract. I'm not a lawyer, and accept no liability if the use of this contract gets you in trouble down the line.
I give my permission to everyone to alter, improve, copy, plagiarise and counterfeit this document.
I have no idea if it would stand up in court if tested, but I've gone for a plain english contract, no legalese, and tried to keep it as clear as possible so that if there's ever a dispute, you can go back to the agreement and work out your rights and responsibilites.
